Minutes of the Operating Committee of the America First Party

BE IT REMEMBERED that the Operating Committee of the America First Party conducted a vote by electronic mail, beginning on Tuesday, January 27, 2004.

Pursuant to Article VI Section 5 of the Party Constitution, the following Resolution was placed before the Operating Committee by the Secretary for consideration and vote, the Secretary having first been requested so to do by Mrs. McHugh, Mr. Hey, and Mr. Charles:

Resolved, that the Operating Committee call a teleconference meeting of the National Committee for Tuesday, February 3, 2004, at 9 p.m. East Coast Time.

The Secretary received "aye" votes from Mr. Hill, Mr. Charles, Mrs. Winters, Mr. White, Mrs. McHugh, and Mr. Hey.

The Secretary received no "nay" votes.

The Secretary received no vote from Mr. Francis, Mr. Golmon, or Mr. Carroll.

The Resolution is therefore adopted.
