Minutes of the Operating Committee of the America First Party

BE IT REMEMBERED that the Operating Committee of the America First Party conducted a vote by electronic mail, beginning on Tuesday, December 2, 2003.

Pursuant to Article VI Section 5 of the Party Constitution, the following Resolution was placed before the Operating Committee by the Secretary for consideration and vote, the Secretary having first been requested so to do by the Chairman, Mr. Hey, and Mr. Charles:

"Resolved, that the Operating Committee approves the text of the fundraising and membership drive letters as circulated during the Tuesday, December 2, 2003 meeting of the Operating Committee."

The Secretary received "aye" votes from Mr. Francis, Mr. Charles, Mrs. Winters, Mr. Hill, Mr. White, Mrs. McHugh, and Mr. Hey.

The Secretary received no "nay" votes.

The Secretary received no vote from Mr. Golmon or Mr. Carroll.

The Resolution is therefore adopted.
